This handsome colt is Ricochet, pictured at his foal inspection. He is the third Regazzoni x Tequini foal Serpentine Farm has produced, and is alsoTequini's fourth premium foal and third inspection site champion. Like his brother and sister before him, he is tall, correct, and really enjoys human contact. He is solidly built as well as very elegant. He has a very expressive trot , big and floaty, with a lot of suspension plus a lovely walk and canter.

Ricochet's sire, Regazzoni */*/-/*/*, has produced 14 approved sons, including the Oldenburg approved stallion, Reuben SF, whio is Ricochet's full brother, and several champion daughters. He scored 152.16 at his 100 day test with a dressage index of 140.53, and received 10's for temperament  and rideability. Regazzoni is a son of Rubinstein I, legendary sire of European dressage horses.

Ricochet's dam, Tequini*/*/-, (Frohwind*/*/*/*/* / Tin Rocco), a Premium foal and Premium mare, was Champion of her mare inspection and ranked third in her region for mare inspections that year. She is of very modern type, has tremendous beauty, and is an extravagant mover. Her sire, Frohwind, won his 100 day stallion test with 137.54 points. She has produced four foals before Ricochet, three of them premium Oldenburgs, all of whom won champion or reserve Champion of their inspections. The other foal is a gorgeous Iberian Warmblood, sired by the PRE Andalusian, Jalisco X.

Ricochet's full brother and full sister are both owned by Serpentine Farm. Reuben SF, a 2004 black stallion, earned his lifetime Oldenburg NA breedinf license by passing hte 100 Day Stallion TEsrt in 2007. Thalla Leamsa, a beautiful chestnut 2006 filly, will ultimately be retained by SF as a broodmare, after her show career is completed. Both of these horses, besides having outstanding conformation and movement (they were both the top foals at their inspections), have wonderful temperaments and trainability.
